Total Quality Management (TQM) and Business Excellence
TQM is an approach to management that seeks continual improvement in everything that an organization does. It is concerned with the performance of all the processes in the organization and the products and services that are the outcomes of those processes.

Japanese union of Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) has instituted an award in his honor – Deming Award and it is treated as one of the most coveted award in the field of quality.
